Robert Quick is the Founder, CEO of Tailwind Associates. Mr. Quick has more than twenty years in NYS Government service and over 18 years consulting with NYS agencies with Tailwind Associates. He has a daily role in the oversight of all Tailwind operations including the recruiting, delivery and support services for public sector agencies. |

William Hawkins, President, of Tailwind is responsible for implementing the overall policy, direction and vision for the company. Bill has been in the IT industry since 1989 and specifically in IT sales since 1995. He started with Tailwind in 2002 as Director of Business Development and more recently as VP of Operations. Bill is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and Siena College. |

Renee Roth-O’Neil is Tailwind’s Vice President of Sales & Recruiting. She oversees and manages Tailwind’s Sales Team and the Recruiting Staff. She is actively involved in recruiting performance, account management, and driving sales in all of our key client locations. Renee has provided nationally based IT staff augmentation services to large, enterprise-wide accounts such as IBM and State Government. She has been with Tailwind since February 2003.

Andrea Gurga is the Executive Vice President. She has been with Tailwind since 1997. As part of her daily functions, she heads the administration of services to all clients. These functions include contract approval and retention, corporate insurances, financial auditing, invoicing etc. |

Michele Wilkes-Hawkins is the Vice President of Human Resources. Michele joined Tailwind in 1997 and is responsible for training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation, records management, corporate recruitment, employment practices, safety, performance management and strategic planning. She began her career in the HR field in 1989 and holds a BS degree in Business Management. Michele serves on the CRHRA Board of Directors and is the NYS SHRM Central NY District Director. |
