Tailwind Associates, a privately owned, national IT consulting and systems integration firm is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to work on a high volume of IT/technical requirements from a large, commercial and government, out-of-state customer base. Candidate must have excellent sales, presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated technical recruitment and sourcing experience. Must be action oriented with a high initiative and energy level. 3-5 years of experience in the IT field is favorable. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  An attractive salary plus commission plan and comprehensive benefit package including a 401(K) plan is offered.
